Elizabeth Erickson

Elizabeth Erickson is a writer, researcher, and educator mapping solutions for individuals and systems. She studied Journalism at Southern Methodist University before obtaining her Masters of Science in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas. 

After embarking on her own healing journey and discovering the mind-body connection for herself, Elizabeth now teaches on how the brain and body interact and how to overcome emotional blocks and trauma. She is passionate about seeing people free in their minds and experience wholeness in their bodies. Her first book, “Mind Your Brain: Optimizing Your Life & Health Using Essential Oils” is set to be released in October 2017.
